Little Rock natives Kimeka Jacobs and Thomas (TJ) Williams Jr. are engaged to be married and will exchange vows on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the King Solomon Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
Their engagement session by Angie Davis is adorable, not to mention Kimeka's shoe game is on point! Here's their story as told by Kimeka:
TJ and I met our freshman year in college at Arkansas State University. We are both from Little Rock and my mother was a teacher at his high school, but we never seemed to cross paths until we got to college. We exchanged numbers & always kept in touch as friends because we were both in relationships. Five years later, once we both moved back to Little Rock, we decided to begin a relationship with each other. On December 20, 2013, TJ told me that we would be attending a proposal dinner for one of his family members at Bravo Cucina Italiana in the Promenade. Once we arrived at the restaurant, all of our closest family and friends were there waiting on us. By then, I was confused and in shock at the same time, TJ then got down on one knee to propose.
