The engagement session for Paige Thompson of Little Rock and William Skelton of Fayetteville is going to give you a heavy dose of the feels. Props to Whitney Bower for capturing their engagement session so flawlessly. The two plan to tie the knot on Saturday, October 29 at the First United Methodist Little Rock followed by a reception at the Little Rock Country Club.
Here's a piece of their love story in Paige's words:
On our way home from a trip William asked if we could stop by the UofA campus and find our names on the Senior Walk. He parked us in front of Old Main so we could walk the scenic route around campus towards the Chi Omega Greek Theater where our names are listed. While heading back, William wanted a picture of the original year that UofA started the senior walk. Once in front of Old Main he starts having me take all kinds photos including the door, side walks, trees... until finally he says my name. I notice he isn't standing but instead he is on one knee! You'll have to ask him for the rest because my world stopped as emotions rushed through while I stared at the man I love holding a ring! After 3 asks (because of my blissful awe) all I could say was YES! That was just the beginning of a wonderful evening! He'd planned for all our family to be at Carnall Hall waiting to be the first to congratulate us! Then he surprised me with a party with closest friends and family!
