We've all heard of high school sweethearts turned husband and wife — but middle school sweethearts are a little more rare. Zoe Eagan and Reed Gardner met through a mutual friend during the summer following their 7th grade year. The two instantly became best friends and started dating seriously their sophomore year of high school. As they say, the rest is history! Their engagement photos by Whitney Bower Imaging show off their love and the Little Rock skyline in the best way. Zoe and Reed have set the date for Saturday, July 29, 2017.
Here's their engagement story in Zoe's words:
"When Reed proposed it was a rainy day in August. Following lunch, he asked if I would like to go for a hike. Ignoring the state of the weather, I agreed. We drove to Noop Loop (a wooded overlook of downtown Little Rock) as the sky began to clear. After reading a handwritten note, I looked up to see Reed down on one knee! After giving my enthusiastic "Yes!" I looked over Reed's shoulder to see some of our best friends with cameras and champagne, they'd caught the whole thing on camera!"
