Bella Bridesmaids

We asked our friend Alex DeJohn at Bella Bridesmaids what the hottest bridesmaid styles are for 2017. We were not disappointed. Here's Alex's expert take on spring/summer 2017 bridesmaid trends:

twobirds Ballgown:

"twobirds Bridesmaid changed the game when they came out with their convertible ballgown," Alex says. "It is one amazing dress than can be tied 15-plus different ways! This is hands down the most comfortable bridesmaid dress ever and flatters all different body shapes."

"My favorite idea?" she asks. "All bridesmaids wear the bride's favorite style for the ceremony, and they change it up for the reception! This can come in a variety of lengths, fabrics, and colors to best suit your wedding vision."

Hayley Paige Caviar Collection:

"Another highly requested look is the new Hayley Paige Caviar collection," Alex says. "These four dresses are the perfect amount of sparkle and glam without being head-to-toe sequins. The glitter floral pattern is stunning."

"One popular option is to have your Maid of Honor in a full length Caviar style and the rest of the bridesmaids in the half and half look," she says. "Whatever you decide, these dresses are guaranteed to bring a special shimmer to your wedding photos."

"Prints are having a moment in bridesmaids regardless of fabric," Alex says. "Amsale has a gorgeous collection of sequin tulle dresses that are perfect for evening weddings. Your bridesmaids are sure to find a style that flatters them out of the four classic necklines. These dresses are available in long and short, so they are a great option for Junior Bridesmaids to feel included, as well. Jenny Yoo and Nouvelle Amsale have some gorgeous printed chiffon options ranging from soft florals to dreamy watercolor palettes."

"Maybe your maid of honor would like to stand out in a print, and you can choose a more traditional solid for the rest of your bridesmaids," she suggests. "The possibilities are endless with all the new trends for 2017!"
