We're just a little (okay, a lot) in love with this rainy day engagment session by Two Carters Photography. Little Rock native Alexis Gamache and Gravette native Andrew Shafer are tying the knot on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at the Stone Chapel at MattLane Farm.
Here's their love story in Alexis' words:
"Andrew and I met last August when we started the School of Ministry with Cross Church. Andrew was studying worship ministry and I was studying student ministry. One of my close friends was also studying worship ministry and before we knew it we were all hanging out. Andrew and I began to talk more and when we all took a mission trip to Africa, feelings began to grow quickly. When we got back to Arkansas, Andrew asked me to be his girlfriend. We dated for almost five months before I walked into the church for work and the worship center was dark and he had rose petals and candles lining my walkway. The song "Love is Not A Fight" by Warren Barrfield was playing and on all of the television screens a slideshow of pictures of us played. He asked me to marry him at 7:34 in the morning on March 5th. He's the most amazing person I've ever met and I cannot wait to become his wife!"
