Emily Thurman and Kaylor Fosse are engaged! Emily and Kaylor both currently reside in Bella Vista but are from Missouri. While on a float trip on Sugar Creek in Kaylor's hometown of Washburn, Missouri, Emily said "Yes!" The couple will tie the knot on November 18, 2017 at Rockford Grange Bear Hollow in Washburn.
While we eagerly await their wedding day, we thought we would share their beautiful engagement session by Courtney Glaser Photography.
Here is the their sweet proposal story in Emily's words:
"On April 23rd, 2017 Kaylor and I went on another one of our float trips on Sugar Creek in Washburn, MO. We had been in the canoe for about 15 minutes when Kaylor asked if I wanted to go to the bank and look for arrowheads. Excited at the chance of adding to our collection, I agreed. About 5 minutes into our search, Kaylor got my attention. I turned around to see him on one knee. After about a minute of me trying to catch my breath between tears, he asked if I would be his wife. I couldn't say yes fast enough!"
