Dallas residents Lindsey Castrodale and Jon-Matthew McKee are tying the knot on Saturday, April 21, 2018. Because Lindsey once called Little Rock home, the couple chose to tie the knot in the capital city at Christ the King Catholic Church and Cold Springs Events in Paron.
After meeting Jon-Matthew in Dallas, Lindsey moved back to Little Rock where her family lives — she had already quit her job when they met. But then the couple started dating long-distance and after a year of dating, Lindsey moved back to Dallas to be with Jon-Matthew.
Lindsey had this to say about their relationship:
"Re-discovering Little Rock while getting to know the love of my life was a true gift. With every visit, I took Jon-Matt to all of my favorite places and we tried new things together. In June 2017, Jon-Matt proposed at a park in Little Rock after taking me to all of the places I miss most about Little Rock. My family was waiting to greet us and congratulate us — he even flew in my identical twin sister from Wisconsin to celebrate with us. I can’t wait to marry the love of my life in the church I grew up in, and show all of our friends and family the beauty that is Little Rock."
