The possibilities are endless at this new(ish) urban/modern space in Bentonville.
The Record in downtown Bentonville has been many things over the years — including the Burger Chevrolet dealership at one point — before being most recently transformed into an amazing industrial event space. It features two event spaces, Record North and Record South. Record North is a flexible event space that's limited only by your own imagination. It also has 1,350 square feet of exterior surrounded by a bamboo perimeter.
Record South features 3,100 square feet of interior space with an adjacent lounge area, as well as 1,295 square feet of outdoor space. There's also an outdoor green wall, neon signage and glass garage door. Record South can host up to 450 guests.
In addition to being extremely flexible, as it's essentially a blank canvas ready for decorating, Record offers a laundry list of perks for couples on their big day. Here are just a few of the highlights:
- Record will open for your event as early as 8 a.m. The rental time period includes your set-up, event and clean-up times and allows you to schedule the details of your day however it works best for you.
- Record provides 20 72” round tables that they can pre-set for the event. The venue also has 200 padded mesh-backed modern chairs that are available at no additional cost that they can also pre-set.
- Record allows you to cater in the food of your choice.
- There's a commercial prep kitchen available for use.
- The space has a fully integrated AV system with projectors, screens, and audio that is HDMI and AUX compatible. Each room has its own mixer for volume and input control.
- In addition to on-street parking, there are several public lots in the vicinity. The closest public parking is across the street and all downtown public parking is free.
