I met the love of my life, best friend and Prince Charming a little over three years ago while attending college at the University of Central Arkansas. From the moment we met we were inseparable and I had hoped that one day he would ask me to marry him. Well, my hopes and dreams all came true on the night of Aug. 5, 2011, when he got down on one knee and proposed to me!
It couldn't have been more romantic. He took me to a beautiful Italian restaurant here in the area called Zaffino's. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and then the big moment came. The waitress brought out our ticket and Chad asked me to stand up because he wanted the waitress to take a picture of us. Before I could even stand up, he was bent down on one knee asking me to spend the rest of my life with him! I was so in shock as I had no idea this was going to happen.
Everyone in the restaurant watched the proposal and was clapping and cheering for us as the owner came out to take our picture and bring us a bottle of wine. It was the most special night of my life and I can't wait to call this wonderful man my husband!
