The Details

Wedding Dress: She Said Yes, Rogers

"The bride found her dream dress -- a form-fitting V-neck satin gown with a detailed lace overlay. (She) chose bridesmaids' dresses in a gorgeous shade of terra cotta and picked charcoal tuxes with paisley terra cotta ties for the groomsmen. The groom gave his groomsmen custom Nikes which he designed."

Cake: Bizzy B’s Bakery, Bentonville

"The cake, one of my favorite components, was a three-tiered buttercream with alternating layers of vanilla cake with caramel filling, chocolate with buttercream filling and red velvet cake with traditional cream cheese filling. It was simply decorated with cascading fondant flowers in the wedding color palette of orange, green, peach and pink."

Music:

"The bride walked down the aisle to ‘A Sunday Kind of Love’ by Etta James (appropriate since the couple met and were married on a Sunday). They exited the ceremony to a song written and played by two close friends of the couple and danced for the first time as husband and wife to a song that was a surprise for the groom. It was written and recorded by the groom’s late father."

From the Bride:

“We wrote our own vows, and did so very seriously. The groom's were on his iPhone and the bride’s on a piece of paper from a legal pad. We didn’t know what each other would be using ahead of time, but each was uniquely appropriate. We also wanted to jazz up the rustic theme and venue. We accomplished this by using brushed gold chargers, glass dishware, linen napkins and chandeliers.”
