Benton natives Tonya Renee Lashlee and Michael Wayne Payton are engaged to be wed June 1 at First Baptist Church in Benton. Krystina Bullard of K. Bullard Photography was kind enough to send us their engagement shots, as well as their love story. Congrats guys!
Michael and Tonya were set up by a co-worker in 2011 and hit it off instantly. After more than a year of dating, Michael took Tonya to eat at Ashley's at the Capital Hotel where he got down on one knee in the restaurant and asked Tonya to marry him. She said yes!
