Aug. 17, 2013 was a night I will never forget. Justin planned a date night and said that we were going to have dinner at a nice restaurant in Little Rock and then go see a movie.   As we were eating our meal, Justin started asking me what movie I would like to go see and looking up the times they were showing. After dinner and dessert, we started driving, trying to figure out what to do until the movie started. All of a sudden, Justin pulled off and headed toward the Two Rivers Bridge.  After we walked around for a while, he finally suggested that we go sit on a bench by the water. Justin then pulled up the notes section on his phone, where he had multiple Bible verses saved for us to read together. After reading, he started to discuss the verses, our relationship, and our future together. He also kept telling me over and over that I was “the one”. Moments after praying together, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.  I don’t remember if I said yes, nodded my head, or what exactly, but I suppose I gave some indication that I did, in fact, want to spend the rest of my life with him. He even asked, jokingly, if he was putting the ring on the correct hand, and I laughed because he almost put it on my right hand, which is obviously the wrong one.  Right after that, his mom and dad walked out of nowhere to congratulate us and take a few pictures. When we turned the corner toward my house, I then realized that he had planned an engagement party and invited many of our close friends.  The waterworks started rolling as soon as I hit the door and started to see everyone.
