Dallas native Gretchen Gosser and Tyler Graham of Van Buren are getting married! The two will exchange vows on Saturday, May 14, at The Castle on Stagecoach in Little Rock.
We're crushing on this sweet couple's engagement sesh by Drew Cason, along with their equally sweet proposal story. Here's how Gretchen tells it:
My engagement was a complete surprise! He had arranged for my sister, cousin, and friend to take me through a scavenger hunt chronicling our relationship from where we first met to where I said "I love you" for the first time. As the rain poured down, we traveled from stop to stop where family or friends would have me read the memory he wrote and give me the clue for the next stop.
Like all great stories, the end was the best part! I walked into a room filled to the brim with loved ones surrounding a book and a single red rose. I began reading our fairytale he had written and became very aware HE WAS PROPOSING! He snuck out from his hiding place, got down on one knee, pulled out a gorgeous ring and said, "Life with you has always been an adventure, and I cannot imagine it without you. Will you marry me?" With a squeal and a jump, I said, "YES!"
