If you've ever had a glass of Post Winery vino, you have Chris Post's family to thank. And that family will be adding a new member thanks to a recent engagement between Chris Post and Claire Trieschmann.
Here's their engagement story in Claire's words:
"Chris picked me up that Friday morning for brunch at the Inn at Carnall Hall and told me he had written me a note he wanted to share with me at some point. After brunch, we went for a little stroll on campus. We walked up to a bench outside of Old Main with a journal and bible placed on it.
Chris told me my note he mentioned earlier was inside the journal, and when we both sat down, I realized he had circled Matthew 19:6, 'So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let man not separate.' In that moment, my heart began to race as I realized what was happening. Next thing I knew, the man of my dreams was getting down on one knee asking me to be his wife.
Afterwards, we walked hand in hand back to Carnall Hall to toast champagne and spend the day as a newly engaged couple, and later celebrated at a joy-filled party with all of our closest friends and family."
The two will say their I dos on Saturday, October 26, 2019. In the meantime, we're swooning over their lovely engagement photos by Kelsie Sneegas.
