Just a few short days before the big annoucement came from Christopher Nolan Photography that Chris and wife Nancy had opened a brand new studio in North Little Rock, I got an invite to come over and get an exclusive sneak peek! Sometimes, it's good to be editor. ;)
I sped on over to check it out and was delighted!
If you know the Nolans, you know they're fun and super easy going. And their new studio has that exact same feel. Perhaps that's because they are there to greet you with hugs when you arrive, or maybe it's the calm, contempory decor inside this remodeled house-turned-bridal-salon-turned-stuido. (Their studio used to be Jodie Marie's Bridal.)
They made upgrades to the space but preserved the charm, and opened it up so the natural light can show off all their photography that lines the walls and windows. I especially love the two seating areas. One space up front along the windows is bright, airy and has a fireplace facade that's just really cute. The other is an awesome area to dim the lights and review your wedding photos.
Anyway, go read his post about their new place and see more photos. It's really great. It'll be a fun place for his clients to come and meet him, get their photos taken and to pick them up when the festivities are all over.
Oh, and guess what I get to do later this week? I get to see Meredith Melody Photography's new downtown Little Rock studio! I'm so excited to see her place - and meet her famous studio puppy, Frank for the first time! Details from that studio tour coming next week.
