Terrified of a little rain? Maybe Leslie and Hunter's engagement sesh will change your mind. Benton native Leslie Stilwell and Hunter Dunn of Hot Springs will exchange vows on Saturday, Oct. 10, at the First United Methodist Church in Benton.
Here's how this duo met:
Leslie and Hunter met each other for the first time during spring break of their freshman year of college at the University of Arkansas. Arriving at the Stilwell's beach house where she was staying with friends, Hunter was introduced to Leslie and was immediately infatuated with her. Leslie, on the other hand, was not impressed.... yet.
It wasn't until the next year at the Lambda Chi formal near Dallas that Leslie finally noticed Hunter. Hunter attributes this to his irresistible dance moves. They found each other on the dance floor that night and danced until the music stopped. They parted ways, but they both knew that something special had happened that night. They reconnected back in Arkansas and fell quickly in love, and they have been dancing together ever since.
These two played it totally cool when it started to rain in the middle of their session with Lela & Lyla Photography, and the result is nothing less than magical. Brides, you're going to encounter plenty of surprises—both good and bad—on your wedding adventure. Our advice is to take a page from this couple's lovely book and just roll with it!
