Whether you just got engaged over the holidays (congrats!) or you've been knee-deep in the wedding planning process for a while now, you've got your work cut out for you.

Luckily, you've got some help in the form of the Ultimate Wedding Experience, a planning event with arguably the coolest name ever. This special experience takes place from 6-10 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 30, at the 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville. 

Not only is the 21c one of the state's top wedding venues, but it will also host what is being labeled as "a bridal fair without the fair." Yes, you'll still have the chance to meet and dream with some of the area's best vendors, but you'll also get to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while experiencing a day in the life of a bride and groom.

Attendees can snag free goodies from a long list of vendors, along with the chance to win any of the prize packages and gifts totaling over $5000 towards your wedding day. One of those packages is the Grand Bridal Experience giveaway in which the winner will receive a free bridal shoot from Miles Witt Boyer Photography, $500 toward a gown from She Said Yes and $300 toward hair and makeup from Dead Swanky Salon. If you're keeping count, that's a $1,350 value.
