After meeting at the golf course where Allie worked in the pro shop and Matthew worked in the kitchen, the two fell head over heels for each other. The Little Rock residents are tying the knot on Friday, April 28, 2018, at the Second Presbyterian Church followed by a reception at Pleasant Valley Country Club.

Their story in Allie's words:
"One day (at the golf course) he made a special lunch and brought it to me, which I thought was really sweet. We started hanging out on the patio after we would close for the night. One night Matthew asked me if I wanted to go to a Razorback game, of course I said yes! That summer we were inseparable, between playing golf, driving around singing and dancing to music in his Jeep, or going on spontaneous adventures, we always have had tons of fun. Now we have been dating over five years and have a cute little house with a cute little dog. We still love to play golf and go to Razorback games together but more regularly we cook breakfast together and go on walks with our dog Lily, which is actually how Matthew proposed — a sunset walk overlooking the river. We are are really excited to now get married and grow together!"
