The Orchard is a brand-new venue in Bentonville with impressive amenities and gorgeous views to boot.

Originally, owners Jeremy and Andi Pratt, had plans to build a venue in Fayetteville. They planned and designed their dream venue in 2017. Shortly before breaking ground, they happened upon an existing venue in Bentonville with everything they were working so hard to create.

“The day after we found the property, we halted our Fayetteville concept and went head first into a remodel at the existing property,” Andi says. “We cannot be more excited to showcase our hard work to the community this spring.”

The Space Itself

Before becoming The Orchard, the property was built as a wedding venue in 2006. It served many brides until it was sold as a private residence in 2011. The Pratts purchased the property in January 2018 with the intent of restoring the space to its original purpose.

Today, The Orchard has a beautiful indoor space, outdoor space, an area for Jeremy and Andi’s horses and stunning views right in the heart of northwest Arkansas. The venue boasts five guests suites, making it a one-stop-shop for the event and lodging. Brides can expect to pay around $5,500 for a full wedding weekend. But in 2018, a Saturday would run less than $4,000.

When it came to design, the Pratts goal was to integrate the natural beauty of the space and natural light to create a picture-perfect atmosphere. Huge windows adorn the south wall of the indoor space, showing off the vintage barn and beautiful pond-scapes.

Brides have a variety of locations to choose from for ceremonies and receptions at The Orchard. The main structure is Georgian Revival architecture, which translates to a formal style with the classic columns and ornate trim. The outdoor space is wide open with beautiful views in every direction. The vintage barn was built in 1928 and is the perfect background for a bride looking for a rustic ambiance.

Oh, and did we mention horses? There are three horses on-site owned by the Pratts and all of them can be available for a photoshoot if desired.

“Weddings take a village to pull off these days,” Andi says. “Having a venue that can host a Friday rehearsal, a wonderful family celebration, a full day of decorating and then a beautiful ceremony was hard to find in NWA. We can fill this need.”

Bridal Perks

The venue’s perks are hard to pass up. Here are just a few Andi mentioned:

  • Longer and overnight hours for a less stressful setup and teardown
  • Open functional kitchen to cook for special events
  • 5 suites with sleeping for 16-18 guests and air mattresses for up to 26 guests (overnight accommodations are included in Saturday or full weekend bookings)
  • Large bridal suite with room for the bridal party to get ready in style
  • Paved parking for about 50 cars
  • Located conveniently 2.5 miles from XNA airport
