Mary Kate Dugan met Colton Whitmire at a Halloween party in 2014, and four years later, they tied the knot on May 19. Their engagement took place on the 86th floor of the Empire State Building during New York Fashion Week in February 2017.
"Colton and I asked a bystander to take a photo of us against the skyline, and that’s when he got down on one knee," Mark Kate said. "I said yes! Everyone around us clapped, and the security guard announced our engagement to the crowd."
