I don’t know about you, but I love a good French country vibe. And that’s exactly what you get at Heritage Acres Venue, the beautiful new venue in Clarksville.

Cody and Jessie Toups, a husband and wife team, moved from Louisiana to Arkansas in 2012 and brought their dream of opening a business along with them. Once the pair laid eyes on the gorgeous property that would become Heritage Acres, they were sold.

“We never imagined we would own something so beautiful that displays just how gorgeous the natural state of Arkansas really is,” Jessie says. “Being from Louisiana, we love French design and style, so when designing the venue we went for an Old-World French charm aesthetic.”

The Space Itself

Given their Louisiana background, the Toups wanted a French design for their new wedding venue. Brides are able to choose any spot on the 45-acre property to have their outdoor ceremony. But indoor ceremonies and receptions are also an option with the lovely barn with huge windows that bring the outside in.

And the Toups aren’t done. In January and February 2019, the couple has scheduled more renovations to bring more of the French country style to the forefront. The updates will include more windows that will show the gorgeous mountain view, along with a new design in the interior that will display the Toups’ French vision.

“All in all we were never going for a rustic atmosphere, so come next year there will be no doubt just how much we love our roots with all the French-inspired interior,” Jessie says. “We can’t wait to share these updates with everyone.”

What Brides Can Expect

Brides can choose from a range of wedding packages at Heritage Acres. Their one-day packages range from $1,750-$3,200, depending on the day of the week. The Toups also offer an exclusive 3-day package rental, where the bride and family have access to the venue on Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting at $5,200.

If you’d rather have a completely stress-free planning experience, the Toups also offer all-inclusive packages, which means all your wedding vendors and planning and coordination are included, as well as set-up, take-down, decoration and more. That package starts at $10,800. All the bride needs to do is choose a photographer and dress.
