Sadie Smith and Bryan Casillas met through graduate school at the University of Arkansas. A trip to D.C. for a transportation conference brought the two together, and Sadie says she doesn't think there's a day after that that they haven't talked.

When it came to planning their wedding, Sadie and Bryan turned to planning geniuses, Anne-Claire Allen and Natasha Gates. The couple chose to say their I dos at Legacy Acres in Conway because of the venue's wide variety of perks.

"I loved the idea of being able to get ready the day of as well as host the ceremony and reception all in one place," Sadie says. "We even had the rehearsal dinner at the outdoor pavilion at Legacy Acres the night before our wedding! On top of all this, the staff at Legacy Acres goes above and beyond to ensure they provide the highest quality service and accommodate you however they can."

Dive into the couple's gorgeous day filled with abundant greenery, a sleek dance floor and precious flower girls.

On the planning experience: "Truthfully, our planning process went very smoothly. I think this was largely because my mom and I love to-do lists and accomplishing tasks, Bryan was very helpful and supportive in any way he needed to be, and we had the planning genius of Anne-Claire Allen and Natasha Gates."

On her wedding theme: "I wanted our wedding to be timeless. And I tend toward a classic, simple style typically. So the black and white theme Anne-Claire and Natasha helped bring to life exceeded my dreams."

On flower girl outfits: "My cousin, Chelsy, actually gets full credit for the amazing outfits our flower girls and ring bearers wore. The girls wore dresses with feather skirts that were an absolute show stopper. There were black feathers all over the dance floor at the end of the night, and it was hilarious."

On bridal jewelry: "The rest of my bridal fashion was mostly jewelry. I wore white Kate Spade earrings to match the black earrings my bridesmaids wore. Outside of my engagement ring and wedding band though, the most special piece of jewelry was a ring my mom gave me to wear as my something blue. It was a ring my grandparents had given her for her 18th birthday that she had intentionally saved to be the something blue in her daughters’ weddings someday. I can’t wait to pass this sweet heirloom down to my sister on her day."

On her wedding cake: "The cake kept with our classic and simple look. It was a tiered cake with smooth, white icing finish and beads bordering the bottom of each tier. White flowers were placed cascading down the cake. Our cake topper was my grandparents’, and then my parents used it as well. So this was another fun family heirloom we incorporated into the day!"

On that amazing dance floor: "Anne-Claire and her husband Chris Owens helped bring in and set up the eye-catching center of our reception — a black and white checkered dance floor. The dance floor was centered under the breathtaking chandelier in the reception hall at Legacy Acres. Tables were arranged around the dance floor so that even if people weren’t dancing, they still felt a part of what was happening in the center of the room. We wanted the people who had come to celebrate our wedding with us to feel a part of our night and to enjoy themselves!"

Sadie's favorite moment of the night: "Some of my bridesmaids weren’t happy with the previous last song that had been chosen, so they requested a song they knew would be fun to end on. I remember dancing with Bryan, all of my best friends, and family to this last song and feeling so completely happy in this moment. I’m smiling right now as I type this. It was the most fun day, and this was the perfect end to the night — having all of our people right there with us!"
