-6 a.m. to 12 a.m. use of The Grand at Willow Springs Reception Hall, Porch, and Acreage of the property (guests depart by 11 p.m.)
-TGWS Manager on Duty on standby from 6 a.m.-12 a.m. on Day of Wedding
-Brochure and Planning Materials provided at Guided Tour
-Sixty-Five (60') Round Tables and 600 white Chiavari chairs
-Setup of TGWS tables and chairs by The Grand at Willow Springs
-Access to all TGWS audio/visual equipment for rehearsal and Day of Wedding
-1 Hour rehearsal time in any portion of venue if not booked

-Prep Kitchen with Private Entrance open from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. on day of wedding equipped with triple sinks, ample electricity and counter space, commercial ice maker, walk in fridge, and private restroom for vendors.
