Little Rock natives and Fayetteville residents Hallie Ramser and Andrew Toomer got engaged in Fayetteville and are getting married in Little Rock at the Little Rock Country Club on Saturday, March 17, 2018.
"Andrew took me out to dinner on Dickson street to our favorite restaurant," Hallie says. "I definitely had a strong feeling it was the night, but when we walked in I saw written on the host's clipboard 'TOOMER PROPOSING TO GIRLFRIEND,' and then I KNEW that it was real! He asked me to be his wife at the Walton Art Center Rose Garden, and we went back to his apartment where he had planned an entire champagne-filled party with all of our closest friends."
