LOVE STORY:
I had been working at Armorel High School for one year as a Sign Language Interpreter when Mike joined our staff in the fall of 2011 as a history teacher and assistant baseball coach. At work, our paths didn't really cross, so we only talked with a simple 'hello' if we happened to pass each other in the hallway. Mike eventually messaged me one night apologizing for the students constant urging that we get to know eachother. One message lead to another and soon enough we did get to know each other. We exchanged numbers and began a texting friendship that no one at school knew about. For months, that's all we did was text each other after work, we went on one movie 'hangout,' and based on months of that, I honestly thought Mike was just my friend and that his feeling for me was indifferent. After about four months of friendship, we went to a concert together where Mike told me he'd like to consider this our first date and that he'd like to not be 'friend-zoned.' After that, we became us and dated for a year and five days when on April 30, 2013, he asked me to be his wife.
