Conway resident Caitlin King and Ben Thrash of Fayetteville will tie the knot on June 14, 2014 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway.

"So, this one time at band camp" is a strange way to start our love story since neither of us were particularly fond of band or ever attended band camp. In 2005, we were each asked to accompany our friends to their band camp dance. Neither of us wanted to go, but our friends insisted, so as fate would have it, this semi-blind date at the dance is where our love story began. We seemed like an unlikely couple in the beginning: a camo-loving farm boy and a sparkle-loving dance girl. Despite our apparent differences, we discovered that we weren’t so different after all and we have been together ever since. We have been a couple for nine years, but will start the clock over at zero this June. A lot has happened in our nine years together.
